Katherine Bayless, CAE is Senior Director of Data & Analytics at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), where she leads data strategy and analytics initiatives that help the organization turn information into actionable insight. She brings deep expertise in data maturity, analytics enablement, and organizational decision-making, with a strong focus on helping teams ask better questions and use data more fluently in their day-to-day work.

Prior to joining CTA, Katherine spent more than seven years at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), where she served in multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President and Manager of Data & Analytics. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Entomological Society of America, where she built a foundation in association data management and business intelligence.

Katherine is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and an active contributor to the association community through speaking, advisory roles, and thought leadership on data, analytics, and emerging technologies.
